1. Upon submitting an order form you are agreeing to pay within 1-2 days. Full payment must be made. No payment = No contacts
2. Upon purchasing special orders (prescription lenses && lenses that aren't in stock), you are agreeing to wait 3-4 weeks to receive your order. There may also be shipping delays.
3. All lenses are shipped from Geo Medical, located in South Korea. We are not control of delays caused by Geo Medical, international holidays, shipping times, or customs. Please be patient if this happens.
4. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
5. Orders cannot be retracted after payment. We will be obligated to pay for all orders made to the manufacturer, so because of this, there will be no cancellations permitted. You will not receive a refund. Please remember refund will only be made if the company no longer makes that lens. Sorry, no exceptions will be made.
6. Geo lenses is a certified brand and approved by FDA, we will not responsible for anything that happens to your eyes.
